Gen Con approaches, and we at Magpie Games are putting together our most ambitious game room yet—and we want you to be a part of it! If you’ll be at Gen Con 2018 and want to run some games of
Bluebeard’s Bride,
Cartel,
Dungeon World,
Epyllion,
Masks,
Undying,
Urban Shadows, or
Velvet Glove with us, then
fill out our GM survey!
BUT WHAT DO I GET?
If you run 2 games, you get a copy of ANY Magpie Games book! That includes
Bluebeard's Bride,
Masks: A New Generation or its supplements,
Urban Shadows or
Dark Streets, and many more!
If you run 4 games, you get a full 4-day GM's badge for the con, along with a book and a new game accessory, like
Epyllion dice or a deck of
Masks cards! Thank you for all your help!
HOW DO I RUN THE GAMES?
We’ll work with you in advance to get everything set up and make sure you’re prepared. We’re happy to help you find the games that fit your schedule, so you still get to attend the other events that you’re looking forward to. We’ll provide the materials you need to run, as well as coaching on specific games.
For now, all you have to do is hop on over to our
Google Survey and fill it out. Then, we'll get in touch and figure out our next steps.
WHAT IF I'VE NEVER RUN THESE GAMES?
That's OK! If you're up to running games at Gen Con, we're up to helping you learn our games. :D All of the games are Powered by the Apocalypse, so if you've run one of those, you're off to a good start! We’ll provide the materials you need to run, as well as coaching on how to run these games. We particularly want to encourage women and people of color to run games, so please apply!
