Masks: The Hare-Raising Heist (Omar - April 4 Two-Shot)

Every spring, Halcyon City hosts the Annual Bunny Hop Festival, a whimsical carnival filled with candy-themed floats, egg hunts, and the grand appearance of Hopper Jack—the beloved, playful trickster hero known for spreading joy with his egg-themed gadgets and mischievous pranks.

But this year, something’s gone horribly wrong. Just days before the festival, Hopper Jack is kidnapped, leaving only a trail of broken eggshells and cryptic riddles. To make matters worse, someone is hijacking the carnival with strange, egg-shaped drones and mechanical bunnies wreaking havoc.

As young heroes, it’s up to you to follow the clues, uncover the sinister plot, and rescue Hopper Jack before the city’s sweetest celebration turns into a nightmare of chaos and destruction. But who would dare target the most harmless and playful hero in the city? And why? 

Masks is a tabletop roleplaying game in which you play young superheroes who are growing up in a city several generations into its superheroic age. Halcyon City has had more than its fair share of superheroes, superteams, supervillains, and everything in between. Over the course of three different generations of super-people, Halcyon City has seen it all.

You play members of the fourth generation, young adults trying to figure out who they are and what kind of heroes they want to be. The rest of the world is telling them what to do, but they’ll find their own path amidst the noise. And kick some butt along the way. After all, what’s the point of being a hero if you can’t fight for the things you believe in?
