Premium Protection Insurance

Premium Protection Insurance will offer enhanced options if something goes wrong in transit. These are the additional benefits you will receive if you insure your order:

• Extended claims windows
• Damaged Items: Claims accepted up to 14 days instead of 7 days.
• Missing Items: Claims accepted up to 14 days instead of 7 days.
• Lost in Transit: Claims accepted up to 20 days instead of 10 days.
• We will allow up to 2 reshipments instead of 1, or a refund.
• All reshipment fees will be waived.

Please note that our regular shipping and return policies will still apply. Any refunds or replacements will be determined by Magpie Games Customer Service.
